Does each flavor & herb have a different benefit related to it?

All our sea moss gels are a combination of sea moss, fruits or Herbs, and agave. It is only the extra benefits that each fruit and or herb provides that make them different from one another. You can choose one based on your favorite fruit(s). Also, our gels are gluten-free, keto-friendly, and vegan-friendly.
