How should I store Sea Moss Gel? What is its shelf-life?

You should refrigerate the gels as soon as you receive them. In the summer months the gel might arrive at room temp. If you put it in the refrigerator, the sea moss will gel overnight, and then it can be stored for up to 4 weeks in the refrigerator or for up to a year in the freezer. Our Jars are also safe to store in the freezer, so you don't have to worry about them breaking.
